1. Booking and Confirmation

- By booking with Holidayjet, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a booking confirmation.
2. Pricing and Payments
- All prices quoted are in GBP (British Pounds) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to availability and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.
3. ATOL Protection
- Holidayjet holds ATOL number 11858 issued by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
- ATOL protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom.
4. Cancellations and Amendments
- Cancellation and amendment policies vary by supplier and booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.
- Fees may apply for cancellations or amendments made after booking confirmation.
5. Travel Documentation
- It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have the necessary travel documents (passport, visas, health certificates, etc.) for their journey.
- Holidayjet is not liable for any costs incurred due to insufficient or incorrect documentation.
6. Liability
- Holidayjet acts as a booking agent for various travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.). We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of these suppliers.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked through us.
7. Complaints
- Any complaints regarding your booking or travel services should be reported to Holidayjet immediately.
- We will endeavor to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
8. Data Protection
- Holidayjet complies with UK data protection laws. By providing personal information, you consent to its use for booking and administrative purposes.
9. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
